Essential Fatty acids

Essential fatty acids are those that cannot be produced by the body itself. Therefore, they must be obtained from foods rich in essential fatty acids. Foods such as walnut, mackerel, green leaf vegetables, maize oil, and peanut oil are all rich in essential fatty acids. But, be careful! too much of saturated fat, alcohol and sugar can affect it function in the body.
