Fibre


Fibre is made up of the indigestive parts or components of plants. Fibre, also referred to as bulk or roughage helps to keep the digestive system healthy. It also stabilizes glucose and cholesterol levels in the bloodsteam.People living in countries with high diets in fibre are likely to have little problems in digestive system, including cancer.Low diets in fibre can result in corcnary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, constipation, obesity and large bowel disorders. Eating foods such as cereals, vegetables and fruits will increase the fibre in your diet.
