Sleep

Do the zzz, it's neccesary.The body needs rest for good health and general well-being. Lack of sleep hygiene might cause heart disease, depressions and alcohol related problems. You may be a workaholic, but remember that your brain needs recharging. So, try to get aleast seven hours sleep a night to prepare you for the day ahead. Sweet dreams!
