Yummy!Peanut butter is a good source of unsaturated fats. The fats in peanut help to maintain our immune system with a natural anti-inflammatory funtion to fight disease and infection. Peanuts are also a source of fibre, protein and calcium.

Starchy foods



Starchy foods include pasta, cereals,bread,potatoes etc. They are good sources of energy and fibre. Though, generally believed to be fattening,it is actually the addition of butter, cheeses and some other rich sauces that make them fattening. Don't be nervous about it in your diet.
